How Our Fees Work

We charge a fixed fee of £650.00 for our mortgage advice and arrangement service on your first transaction with us. This covers the full process — from initial consultation through to mortgage offer and completion support.

For any subsequent transactions, such as remortgages or further borrowing, our fee is reduced to £249.00. This ensures returning clients benefit from preferential rates while still receiving the same high standard of advice, compliance and ongoing support.

Why We Charge a Fee

Our fee structure allows us to provide unbiased, professional advice focused solely on your best interests — not on lender incentives. It also ensures that our clients receive a consistent, high-quality service from experienced advisers who are regulated and fully accountable.

Mortgage Buyer Information

No fee is due until we submit your application to a lender. If you’ve already paid and your purchase falls through, the fee isn’t refunded; however, we’ll roll the same fee forward to your next purchase application so you don’t pay it twice.

The £650.00 initial fee is due on submission of your first mortgage application. For repeat clients, the £249.00 fee applies at the same stage for subsequent applications.

No. We believe in full transparency — there are no hidden charges for our advice or administration. If a lender has its own fees, we’ll explain those clearly before you apply.

Yes, most lenders pay a standard commission on completion, but this does not affect the advice you receive. We’ll always disclose any commission as part of our regulated process.

Once the mortgage application has been submitted to a lender, the fee is non-refundable, as the advice and research work will already have been completed.

Charging a clear, fixed fee means our advice is completely independent. It reflects the time, expertise and care that go into securing the right mortgage for your circumstances.
